Premium is now Standard at WENZEL
September 12nd, 2019 - With new methods and processes in production we reached a new, higher accuracy level for all LH machines.
At WENZEL we improve our products every day. This year we worked very hard on our accuracy and now we are proud to present the results. With new methods and processes in production we reached a new, higher level for all LH machines. We offer three accuracy levels for our machines: Standard, Premium & Premium Select.
This year our accuracy improvements are so significant that the old Premium level accuracy will be our new Standard. This also means that you can now buy Premium accuracy at Standard prices. The compact LH 65 impresses with submicron accuracy of 0.8 + L/450 [µm] in the Premium Select accuracy class.
We would like to outline five essential arguments that are important to us at WENZEL:
- Quality starts with mechanics.
We at WENZEL have a very high vertical range of manufacture and already start the precision process with the careful processing of our granite stones. Our flagship the LH 87 also convinces with submicron accuracy! Starting with 1.2 µm + L/350 in the Standard Version up to 0.8 + L/450 [µm] in the Premium Select accuracy class. We at WENZEL believe in the quality of our skilled workers. - Quality is a result of the high competence of the developers and the production staff.
We are able to improve the accuracy of our LH 108 by 0.3 µm and achieve an accuracy of 1.0 + L/450 [µm] with a measuring volume in the X- and Z-axis of 1,000 x 800 [mm]. The length of the Y-axis is variable and can be adjusted individually. WENZEL has grown through flexible solutions. - The customer's problem determines the solution and the design of the machines.
Large but accurate are our LH 1210 and LH 1512 CMMs up to 1.9 + L/450 [µm] with the SP25 probe from Renishaw. - Our willingness to implement innovative partner solutions, allows us to offer our customers the best possible solution.
As you could see we reached a new, higher accuracy level for our LH machines. Moreover our CMMs last long, very long. Even though we enjoy selling new machines we are especially proud of this fact. - Sustainability is expressed through good customer service, long and global availability of spare parts and permanently low operating costs.
