On of our goals is delivering high quality support for our customers within the least time frame as possible.

Therefore we now offer our customers online support.

Therewith we are able to reduce downtime due to acute problems and give our customers support right when and where they need it in real-time.

With our new tool "Netviewer" we are able to see your screen right away or we can show you the solution of your problem on our screen.

How it works

Call our support team (+41 81 257 07 00) and start up Netviewer. An installation is not required. The software works no matter if you have a firewall installed or not. The communication only takes places via encrypted connections.

You will receive a 6 digit session number from our support. This number is generated randomly and is only valid for one support session.

After the encrypted connection is established you can select the applications which your supporter is allowed to see.

It is also possible to allow our support to take full remote control over your computer. In doing so your supporter can only access applications you approved. You always keep control and can terminate the remote control at any time with only one click.

Files, if necessary, can be exchanged via an integrated file transfer procedure.
