Start Remote Support Session

  1. Call your software hotline partner.
  2. Start the remote support tool given by your hotline partner.

    TeamViewerLogo fastviewer
  3. Enter your name as well as the password given by your hotline partner into the corresponding fields.
  4. Follow the instructions of your Hotline partner.
